In the second ODI in Cardiff on June 1, England all-rounder Jacob Bethell contributed by taking a wicket against the West Indies. After winning the toss, England captain Harry Brook decided to field first, bringing Matthew Potts into the starting lineup. For the West Indies, Shimron Hetmyer was added to the starting lineup.
With Shai Hope and Justin Greaves at the crease, the left-arm spinner arrived to bowl the match’s 44th over. While Greaves went for a big shot and tried to smash it downtown for maximum effect, Bethell executed a fuller delivery onto the stumps. After England missed several opportunities earlier in the day, the fielder put out a great effort and executed this catch flawlessly.
