The Bangladesh cricket squad, according to Najmul Hossain Shanto, is excited to play an aggressive brand of cricket against India in their forthcoming three-match Twenty20 International series. The skipper of Bangladesh stated that his side is ready to win the T20I leg of their tour to India, having bounced back from the crushing defeat in the Test series. In the shortest format of the game, he hopes to reverse the fact that the tourists did not perform up to par throughout the Test series.
“To be really honest, we want to win this series. We want to play cricket with aggression. We had a great chance to play in the semi-finals of our previous World Cup, but we were unable to accomplish so. It’s a new team, though. Thus, I’m hoping that every player will play well in this cricket match,” Shanto said to the media.

The 26-year-old acknowledged that he knows very little about the Gwalior surface, but he asserted that as professionals, the players ought to be able to adapt to whatever conditions arise on the day of the match.
“We are aware that this is a brand-new, extremely unusual field, and we are unsure of the wickets. However, during our practice sessions over the past few days, we attempted to observe how the wickets functioned. The behaviour of the surface is unknown. However, we must adapt as a global team as soon as feasible,” Shanto said.
“You never know in T20Is. It’s crucial that the side with the best players on the field—those who are hitting, bowling, and fielding—win on that particular day.
