After their match on September 4 at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka, India’s flamboyant batsman Virat Kohli, vice-captain Hardik Pandya, and head coach Rahul Dravid were spotted awarding medals to Nepal’s players.
Notably, team India obtained the necessary two points after defeating Nepal by a score of 10 wickets in their second Asia Cup match. After the game was over, players from Nepal participated in lighthearted chat with Kohli, Hardik, and others as they made their way back to the locker room.
In addition, the Nepal players were honored with medals for their debut in the ACC competition by the head coach Dravid, Virat Kohli, and vice-captain Hardik.
