Star Indian batsman Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma made a rare visit at Wimbledon 2025 in London, where they watched tennis legend Novak Djokovic and Australian Alex de Minaur square off in the Men’s Round of 16. The famous couple, who presently live in London with their kids Vamika and Akaay, were spotted having fun at the tennis event.
After losing the opening set 1-6 in the match, Djokovic recovered to win the following three sets 6-4, 6-4, 6-4. Djokovic was able to defeat De Minaur, who was predicted to force a decider after leading 4-2 in the fourth set.
The Serbian is currently aiming for his eighth Wimbledon championship and a record-tying 25th Grand Slam. Sir Alex Ferguson and Thierry Henry, two legendary football players, were present in the stands for the historic event.
After the Indian cricket team defeated the England team in the Edgbaston Test, the right-handed batsman also complimented them. With this win, the visitors tied the series at one and will now face each other at the legendary Lord’s. In his Instagram story, Kohli praised the bowling performances of Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep, and Shubman Gill, who all contributed significantly to the victory with their heroics at bat.
