Simon Doull, a former cricket player from New Zealand, showered Virat Kohli with accolades for his mental fortitude and batting under duress. Presently participating in the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup is the previous captain of India.
Currently leading his team in scoring with 354 runs from five games at an average of 118 and a strike rate of 90.53, Kohli has been outstanding for India. In the tournament thus far, the 34-year-old has compiled one century and three half-centuries.
One of the things that Doull, who is currently commentating on the important event, praised about Virat Kohli was his ability to maintain control over his own mind and batting while chaos could be happening all around him.
