Vaibhav Suryavanshi, the 14-year-old sensation, kept getting better. With just fifty-two deliveries, the left-handed opener reached the three-figure milestone, smashing a fast-paced century. The Bihar native, who is renowned for his aggressive, fearless, and fiery stroke play, has already achieved respectable results in the series. The fourth Youth ODI between the India Under-19 and England Under-19 at the County Ground in Worcester saw a huge score that was always in the making.
In the current fourth match of the series, the opponent won the toss and decided to take the pitch, forcing the Indian team to bat first. Captain Ayush Mhatre, who did not remain at the crease for long, opened with Vaibhav Suryavanshi. The opening partner’s confidence was unaffected by Mhatre’s comeback on the first ball of the fourth over.
In the centre, Vaibhav Suryavanshi kept up his showmanship by hitting everything that was loose.
The teenager occasionally even put away the tough balls in style. As Suryavanshi pounded his blade with a dangerous yet successful style of cricket, Vihaan Malhotra joined him, making sure there were no glitches at the opposite end. Before he was dismissed in the 28th over of the innings, the Samastipur native batted for 78 deliveries and scored an incredible 143 runs.

With 13 fours and 10 massive maximums in his inning, India was able to take advantage of the situation when they were put in a target position. The 14-year-old had already dazzled everyone with a 35-ball century in the Indian Premier League 2025 while playing for the Rajasthan Royals, and this was his second century.
Malhotra, on the other hand, also hit the three-figure mark, but he played a more smart style of play, and the two of them worked in perfect harmony to push the scoreboard to a big total.
