It’s very important for RCB to win this match if they want to make the playoffs. To be certain of making the playoffs, the Faf du Plessis-led team needs to win their final game and finish with 16 points.
If they don’t, they will have to wait to see how Mumbai Indians’ game goes. This is because GT is known for having a strong bowling attack. Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis, and Glenn Maxwell, who bat together for RCB and are known as “KGF,” will face Mohammed Shami, Rashid Khan, and Noor Ahmad.

Chopra went on to say on his YouTube channel that RCB will be under pressure if Mumbai beats SRH because they would need to beat the best team in the league to qualify.
“If Mumbai wins, Bangalore will be under a lot of pressure because they will have to win the match for sure. Gujarat, the best team in the league, is in front of Bangalore,” Aakash Chopra said.

At the same time, there are dark clouds over the RCB vs. GT game, and it might rain during the match. If the game doesn’t happen because of rain, RCB will end up with 15 points. If MI beats SRH in the first game of the day, that would be enough for them to qualify.
