He remained composed as the United States of America tied the score against Pakistan in their historic Super Over finale. The hitter scored 14 runs in as many balls without losing a game. His innings against India now helped save the USA from complete collapse.
In order to help his team produce a good total against India, the 30-year-old struck 27 runs in 23 balls. At the Nassau County Stadium in New York, he particularly struck out 12 runs off of Hardik Pandya while batting on a slower pitch with a variable bounce.
