T20 World Cup 2024: Babar Azam, Azam Khan chat during practice

Azam Khan’s moniker was coined by Captain Babar Azam, who is renowned for calling his colleagues by nicknames and maintaining a lighthearted environment. Pakistan is preparing for the opening match of the Twenty20 World Cup in 2024 in Dallas’ Grand Prairie Stadium. On June 6, they will play Match 11 against the hosts, the United States of America. The Men in Green enjoyed strenuous practice sessions prior to the game, and it appeared that the players were having fun.

In sports, the players’ camaraderie is indescribable and deeply personal; an outsider cannot truly understand it. Babar Azam maintaining his humour in the face of mounting rumours

The captain of Pakistan has spent a considerable amount of time with the squad. He has referred to his guys as aliases before. He had previously called Saim Ayub “Chota Don,” while the entire team refers to Iftikhar Ahmed as “Chacha.” Rumours surfaced that Babar and Shaheen Afridi were at odds, and the former talked about his bond with the bowler and the team.
