On December 29, Zimbabwe’s T20I captain Sikandar Raza lost his younger brother Muhammad Mahdi. The latter died at 13.
Mahdi was buried Tuesday at Warren Hills Cemetery in Harare. His rare genetic bleeding ailment, haemophilia, prevents blood from clotting. Mahdi died from recent health issues, according to Zimbabwe cricket (ZC).
The cricket board offered Sikandar Raza and his family their sympathies for Mahdi’s death.
