The 41-year-old also told Green that if he wanted to take more risks while wearing the baggy green, he should have a good attitude and a strong will.
“That’s the only way to get back into hitting the ball with your eyes closed. Yes, you need to be positive and aggressive, but you also need to know which shots you can score on and which ones are more dangerous,” Shane Watson said.
The Queensland-born player was also interested in the task of facing the Dukes ball. He said that it will be hard to handle because it swings all the time. He also talked about how important tour matches can be for getting a player ready for a big match.
