But as the competition draws near, Mohammed Shami—the Titans’ star player—will not be present. The side will suffer greatly from the fiery pacer’s absence, but Sandeep Warrier was announced as Shami’s replacement before the start of the season, suggesting they are prepared. The Amroha-based pacer is currently recuperating from surgery that he had previously had for a heel issue.

Nonetheless, both teams will strive to perform better and possibly win the championship as IPL 2024 draws near.
