In 2010, Sakshi Rawat and MS Dhoni were married in a private ceremony in Dehradun. Only a select handful were aware of the wedding, which was kept under wraps until the festivities ended. In 2015, they welcomed a daughter named Ziva into the world. Although Dhoni has avoided social media, Sakshi periodically posts pictures from their time in Ranchi.
Despite retiring from international cricket in August 2020, MS Dhoni remained a prominent figure in Indian cricket discourse as the couple achieved yet another marriage milestone. The only captain to accomplish so, the former captain of India guided the team to the Champions Trophy in 2013, the 2011 ODI World Cup, and the 2007 T20 World Cup.

Maintaining physical fitness requires 15% more work each year—not to mention that this is elite cricket. You have to be at your best in professional cricket, and performance isn’t always what matters because if cricket players start retiring for performance-based reasons, some of them will do so at the age of 22, MS stated.
“What matters is your level of hunger, your level of fitness, your ability to contribute to the team, and whether or not the team needs you. I have ample time, then. I’ll return to Ranchi, where I haven’t been in a while, go for a few bike rides, wait a few months, and then make a decision. I’m not claiming to be finished or to be returning. I have the luxury of time, as I mentioned. Why not consider it and make a decision when you have the luxury?” MS continued.
