The ‘Golden Ticket for India Icons’ initiative at the ODI World Cup has most recently awarded a ticket to legendary former Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar. Tendulkar was chosen by the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) to be another legend to receive a ticket.
Tendulkar and BCCI secretary Jay Shah were photographed holding the ticket as they posed for a picture, which has now gone viral on social media. Tendulkar shared the news with his followers on social media after getting the ticket.

He will now be present for the 2023 Cricket World Cup, watching the action LIVE, Sachin Tendulkar said in the description.
