After defeating New Zealand by eight wickets in Raipur on Sunday, India grabbed a commanding 2-0 lead in the series, making it impossible for New Zealand to catch up. The New Zealanders were given the opportunity to bat, however they were bowled out for a meagre score of 108 runs. In India’s reply, India’s captain Rohit Sharma made quick work of the low goal by striking a controlled half-century.
