It is still unclear if former Indian ODI captain Rohit Sharma would play in the 2027 ICC ODI World Cup. Rohit may not play in the main event, according to several cricket fans and commentators, as he is no longer captaining the team.
When it comes to form and fitness, the 38-year-old experienced opener will be scrutinised by the selectors. Former cricket player Mohammad Kaif, however, has a different opinion. It is my belief that Rohit Sharma will perform even better on such types of pitches. His opening batting style is ideal for these kinds of situations. He excels at playing the ball that bounces from the front, known as the rising ball. The only player you can think of who can manage that rising delivery so well is Rohit Sharma, Kaif remarked.
