After a strong start to Day 4 of the second Test in the current five-match series between England and India, former English cricketer Jonathan Trott believed Rishabh Pant‘s appearance halted England’s momentum. Eight fours and three sixes were part of Pant’s 65-run knock off 58 balls.
Additionally, he noted that the game will be heading into a very intriguing final day and that Pant’s counterattacking punch enhanced the flavour of Test cricket.
