When Ramandeep Singh of the Kolkata Knight Riders violated the Indian Premier League (IPL) Code of Conduct during Match 60 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 against the Mumbai Indians at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on May 11, he was fined twenty percent of his match costs.
In accordance with IPL Code of Conduct Article 2.20, Ramandeep committed a Level 1 infraction. He acknowledged the wrongdoing and consented to the Match Referee’s punishment. The decision made by the Match Referee is final and enforceable for Level 1 violations of the Code of Conduct.
Regarding Ramandeep Singh performance in the game, the right-hander helped KKR reach a total of 157 with a useful unbeaten knock of 17 off just eight balls.
Once more, the team performed admirably on their home pitch. They were rocked by the early wickets of their openers in the first seven balls of the encounter after losing the toss and batting first.
