After Kuldeep orchestrated a masterful performance in the most recent match against Sri Lanka, taking four crucial wickets and helping India secure a 41-run victory at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Piyush Chawla, a renowned former spinner, could not help but sing praises for the young maestro.
The impressive run of the left-arm Chinaman began with a thrilling five-wicket haul against Pakistan in a Super Fours game. His outstanding effort, despite weather-related setbacks, was crucial to India’s astounding 228-run victory.
He reportedly beat out the seasoned Yuzvendra Chahal to be named India’s premier spinner for both the World Cup and Asia Cup squads, which is a credit to his excellent form.
According to Chawla, Kuldeep stands out due to his lack of fear in the face of failure. The former spinner was in awe of Kuldeep’s prowess in approaching his trade with unrestrained confidence and an unshakable dedication to getting wickets.
Kuldeep Yadav is “just coming and enjoying his bowling,” Piyush Chawla said of him.

“You occasionally experience failure dread. You believe that if I don’t get the wickets, I might not play in the following game. As a result, once that anxiety is gone, you try to become more aggressive and aren’t afraid of getting hit, and as a result, you end up taking more wickets,” he said.
