Cummins reminisced about the exciting game and expressed his delight at coming out on top despite the fierce boundary volleying. He called it a crazy game in which it appeared as though borders were being scored arbitrarily. During the post-match presentation, he expressed his gratitude for being on the winning team.
“It was completely crazy. That is the type of game. It appeared as though they could set boundaries whenever they pleased. Finishing on the winning side felt terrific. It was enjoyable to watch Abhishek Sharma play freely because we have performed in front of sizable audiences throughout the IPL. Never once did you play for 270. At the post-game award ceremony, Cummins stated, “We wanted to play positively with the impact player and score aggressively.”

Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma of the SRH displayed incredible power-hitting ability during the game, smashing the Mumbai Indians’ bowling arsenal. Particularly, Sharma stole the show, taking the franchise’s fastest fifty record from Head with a scorching 63 off just 23 balls. Heinrich Klassen completed the picture with an unbeaten 80 off 34 balls, enabling SRH to rewrite the history books of the Indian Premier League with a massive score of 277 for three.
