However, the 32-year-old backed his staff and expressed confidence in their ability to turn things around. Nonetheless, he desires greater accountability from the Capitals, as he believes that the team’s implementation is lacking in certain areas.

Meanwhile, after the conclusion of the match, captain Warner stated that in order to score 200 runs, the team required a better start, but two consecutive wickets derailed the momentum, resulting in a significant loss for Delhi.
“When pursuing 200, you must get off to a good start. It is not possible to take credit away from Trent Boult. He was very talented. It is simply a matter of utilizing your abilities. We had several cut-ons last night. We are trained experts. We must figure this out. It is aggravating to strike into fielders.
