Players from Pakistan are invited to an iftar by Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir
At an army camp in Kakul, the Pakistan cricket squad recently participated in military manoeuvres ahead of the T20 World Cup in 2024. The group spent two weeks at the Army School of Physical Training camp.

The Pakistan Cricket Board posted the same video footage (PCB). Throughout the film, a variety of celebrities could be seen finishing the exercises—some even finding them difficult.

A behind-the-scenes look at the Pakistani team’s training at the Army School of Physical Training (ASPT), Kakul, was posted by PCB as a caption. Moreover, information surfaced indicating that the training camp would end on April 7.

On April 7, in the afternoon, the players will leave Abbottabad for Rawalpindi, where they will have Iftar with Army Chief General Asim Munir. They will return home that same evening.

In addition, the camp was held with the intention of helping the team get back on track in time for the Caribbean and the USA to host the T20 World Cup in 2024.

New Zealand will play five T20I matches against Pakistan.

In reference to Pakistan’s future assignments, they have a five-game T20I series scheduled against New Zealand prior to the T20 World Cup. The dates of the matches are April 18, 20, 21, 25, and 27.

Additionally, Rawalpindi Stadium will host the first three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) of the series, with Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore hosting the final two games.

When Pakistan plays the Black Caps at home in January 2024, they will be hoping that the outcome will be different from the five-game T20I series they recently flew to New Zealand for, where they lost 4-1.
