The cricket player was admitted to the hospital on Friday night and had a laparoscopic appendectomy on Saturday morning, according to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), which verified the occurrence.
The cricketer is anticipated to be released by the afternoon, and the board verified that the operation was successful and that he is stable. It is anticipated that he would take a sabbatical from cricket and, if healthy, make a comeback during the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
This has dealt Pakistan, which humiliatingly lost the first Test of the series by a score of 360 runs, a severe blow. Abrar Ahmed was forced to miss the first Test match in Perth due to an injury; thus, Noman Ali was added to the team. As things stand, though, he may not play in the final two games.
