In place of Haider Azhar, journalist Hijab Zahid will fill the position. Notably, she was employed at the entry level and is now poised to obtain a promotion to the executive level.
The ownership of Multan Sultans, the 2021 Pakistan Super League champions, will change in the following season due to Alamgir Tareen’s passing last month. Ali Tareen, who was a co-owner of the business until 2021, will take over as his replacement.
She is expected to join Zahid and become the competition’s youngest general manager ever. The 28-year-old, who formerly worked as media manager for Islamabad United, holds a master’s degree in project management from the University of Hertfordshire, according to cricketmood.
Since Zahid described her as the most qualified general manager among all the other teams, Tareen is therefore overjoyed by her arrival. Hijab was praised by the man, who said that she is very talented and that he had no doubts about hiring her in the first place.
