MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni, the former captain of India, recently responded bluntly when asked if he could make YouTube videos, saying he wouldn’t be able to. MS Dhoni claimed that despite his seemingly limitless abilities, he is a highly aware individual who detests being in front of the camera because he prefers face-to-face communication. The 42-year-old added that he might record two or three videos and take a year to produce his next because he is too grumpy.

“I was discussing this just now. I was even asked the same question. It’s really difficult, so woh bolte hai’mere se na ho payega’ (I won’t be able to do it). Though I won’t claim to be particularly camera-conscious, I don’t think of it. Thus, I am delighted to be having this one-on-one discussion. I am a man who prefers to interact in person. I don’t think I’ll be able to succeed with YouTube. I’m also moody. In a video that has surfaced on X, MS Dhoni is heard saying, “It might happen that I make three or four videos, then, like my Instagram, put another video after one year.”

Despite his retirement from international cricket, MS Dhoni still enjoys a sizable fan base.

The 42-year-old is still competing in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and because Chennai Super Kings (CSK) decided to keep him after the auction, fans can expect to see him back in action in the 2024 season.

The Ranchi-born cricketer helped CSK defeat Gujarat Titans (GT) in the Ahmedabad final to win their fifth IPL title in 2023, tying the record. He then had surgery on his left knee and has now healed from the wound. He played with a strapping on his left knee every game that season. Dhoni did, however, express his desire to return to the field in appreciation for the love and support he received from his supporters during the 2023 campaign.
