Legendary Indian captain, MS Dhoni, who is known for his cool and calm composure on the field, has another side that few have witnessed. Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) fast bowler Mohit Sharma opened up on times when the former captain lost his cool.
With three ICC crowns and five IPL trophies under his belt, Dhoni’s success has been more than simply his composed personality. His style of play has occasionally resulted in angry exchanges with his teammates behind closed doors.
Under Dhoni’s leadership, Mohit participated in 26 international matches and 58 CSK games. He talked about his experiences playing alongside the greats. The fast bowler clarified that Dhoni frequently lost focus or concentration during pivotal periods in the game, which led to his outbursts.
He has been abusing us a lot. But he consistently asserts that what occurs on the pitch remains there. He won’t be upset with you; instead, he will make you realise later. If you are facing the opposite direction from him and he waves at you. You respond when a member of the public says something. I’ve taken a lot of heat from him because of things like this,” Mohit stated on the “2 Sloggers” show.

Remarkably, Indian bowler Deepak Chahar has also revealed the undiscovered aspect of the Ranchi native. Mohit recounted a 2019 Chahar incident in which Dhoni became irate because the bowler ignored his orders.
“Deepak Chahar has also been subjected to several insults. He has a tale of his own. Deepak was playing in 2019 and I wasn’t. Everyone was sweating a lot because the game was being played in Chennai.
