Mithali Raj and Ian Bishop headline star-studded commentary team for Women’s T20 World Cup 2024

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will feature live coverage of every match on ICC TV, allowing fans around the world to watch every action-packed minute of the competition.

Former India captain Mithali Raj will rejoin in the commentary box with her on-field adversary, former Pakistan captain Sana Mir, adding even more star power.

Every game will have a minimum of 28 cameras for coverage, which will be enhanced with a range of analytical and visual features. With a Hawk-eye Smart Replay system in place that allows the TV umpire to rapidly analyze synchronized multi-angle footage for correct decision-making, the Decision analyze System (DRS) will also be accessible at all matches.

Throughout the competition, a female-led, celebrity-filled commentary crew will offer knowledgeable analysis. Along with past stars Anjum Chopra and Katey Martin, alongside former India coach WV Raman, the World Cup champions Mel Jones, Lisa Sthalekar, Stacy Ann King, Lydia Greenway, and Carlos Brathwaite will be present.

In addition to these legends, the commentary lineup has some of the most prominent voices in cricket broadcasting, including Kass Naidoo, Ian Bishop, Natalie Germanos, Mpumelelo Mbangwa, Nasser Hussain, Alison Mitchell, and Kass Naidoo. Kass Naidoo and Laura McGoldrick split presenting duties for the build-up shows.
