With Naib taking four wickets and Naveen-ul-Haq taking three, Afghanistan defeated Australia by 21 runs, restricting them to 127 runs in total.

Gulbadin Naib, the game’s standout, took home the Player of the Match trophy for his pivotal moment against Australia. Naib bowled four overs, giving up 20 runs while claiming four outstanding wickets to secure a historic victory for his team. According to him, Afghanistan’s victory was solely attributable to their diligent efforts.
“We had to wait a very long time. Fantastic time for me, my country, and my people. Significant accomplishment for our cricket team. We appreciate your support of our cricket adventure, fans. We put in a lot of effort over the past two months, and the outcome is here,” Naib stated.
