Mayank Agarwal reports the incident to the police regarding the "poisonous liquid" on the aircraft to Delhi.

Mayank Agarwal, the captain of Karnataka, was taken to a nearby hospital in Agartala following a decline in his condition prior to his flight to Delhi. The cricket player, according to his manager, drank water from a pouch that was set in front of his seat prior to the incident. The 32-year-old vomited in the plane shortly after that and complained of stomach pain, burning in his mouth and throat, and other symptoms before being transported to the hospital.

After being admitted to ILS Hospital’s intensive care unit, news quickly circulated that the cricket player was stable and would stay for regular check-ups. In the meantime, his manager filed a formal police complaint, claiming that the cricket player had consumed “poisonous liquid” on the flight and requesting a thorough investigation. In an interview with the media, Kiran Kumar, SP West Tripura, confirmed the development and gave a detailed explanation of it.

“International cricket player Mayank Agarwal is stable at this time, and his vital signs are normal. However, his boss has filed a special complaint with the New Capital Complex Police Station (NCCPS) to look into the situation. Kiran was cited by India Today as saying:.

According to his manager, there was a pouch in front of him when he was seated on the aircraft. He drank a little, but not much, before experiencing oral irritation, losing the ability to speak, and being taken to the ILS hospital. He suffered from mouth ulcers and edema. His vitals are stable otherwise,” Mayank Agarwal continued.

On January 31, Mayank Agarwal would voyage to Bengaluru.

On January 31, the India opener will return to his native Bengaluru after being released from the hospital. State Health Secretary Kiran Gitte confirmed the development and added that the cricket player will receive the best care available in the state.

“Police have acknowledged receiving his report, and we will look into what transpired. He will travel to Bengaluru tomorrow, per his manager, and in the interim, we will give him the best care possible in Agartala, Gatte said.

Agarwal won’t be available for Karnataka’s upcoming match in Surat against the Railways. The cricketer and the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) are in close communication, and the KSCA will decide what to do next after speaking with the physicians.
