Marnus Labuschagne, an Australian batter, made history lately as Australia defeated England handily in the opening One-Day International of their five-match series. In the September 19 encounter at Trent Bridge in Nottingham.
In one ODI encounter, the 30-year-old made history by becoming the first player to score fifty runs, take three wickets, and make more than three catches. This performance was a major factor in the tourists’ seven-wicket victory and 1-0 series advantage. In his first over, Labuschagne struck with the ball in his hand.
He caught and bowled Ben Duckett for ninety-five, preventing him from making a century. In response, the Australian sacked Jofra Archer and Harry Brook in a similar manner. With four vital catches made with his safe hands, Labuschagne helped to demolish England for 315 in 49.4 overs.

“I wish I could take the credit, but this was an imposed change. We believed that slowing down the pace was the best option for us as the innings progressed. We have a few young males here, so I thought it was fantastic to see everyone in the group so calmly. Additionally, there seems to be some illness circulating among the camp. At the post-match presentation, he stated, “We hope we can keep winning and we have a lot of faith in the people out here.”
