Due to a back problem, all-rounder Marcus Stoinis has been ruled out of Australia’s T20I campaign in New Zealand. Aaron Hardie has been called up to replace him. He was unable to play in the third game against the West Indies and will now miss the next series against New Zealand due to the persistent injury.
A gap remains in the Australian team ahead of their final series before the T20 World Cup in June as a result of his absence.
