The prize for the forthcoming season of Legends League Cricket (LLC) has been revealed as having been significantly increased to INR 60 crore. From the INR 48 crore purse of the previous round, this is a significant 25% increase. In the past two years, Legends League Cricket players have made about ₹150 crores.
The Legends League Cricket has become a major cricketing event with some of the biggest names in the sport, and the purse value has increased to reflect this success.
The next Legends League Cricket season, which will take place in five Indian cities in September of this year, has more than 600 players signed up.
“Star players are in greater demand than ever, and the league has expanded with each passing season. We are excited to reveal the ₹60 crore purse for the 2019 Legends League Cricket season, which will aid franchises in generating an extra spark. The tremendous value and enthusiasm that the league has created among stakeholders and cricket fans is reflected in this increase. Over the years, LLC has seen a consistent increase in its purse size, and average player wage has increased dramatically. Top Indian and international cricket players have been drawn to the competition, where they have delighted fans by showcasing their skill and experience.
The next season of Legends League Cricket is about to begin, and fans of the game should expect more excitement. This time around, the league will take place in both India and Oman, and players from all over the world are anticipated to attend and grace the stage.
