In 2016, he returned to the RCB setup. After that, the Karnataka player played for the Lucknow SuperGiants from 2022 to 2024 and the Punjab Kings from 2018 to 2021.
Despite becoming LSG’s top run scorer in 2024, Rahul was unexpectedly dismissed after making it to the playoffs four times without winning the championship. With a strike rate of 134.60 and an average of 45.46, he has scored 4683 goals in 132 tournament games.
