"I honestly don't remember where I stopped running," Joe Root says in a video of his dismissal of Ben Stokes on London streets.

to a video of him playing cricket on the streets of London with his colleague Ben Stokes. In the video, Joe Root can be seen bowling to Stokes on a crowded London street, and to his pleasure, he shook the Test captain’s stumps.

Moreover, in the video, the batting superstar ran in jubilation without being stopped. In response to the video, Root provided a London Map depicting a lengthy journey between two locations. Root humorously explained that the map obscured his footsteps during his running jubilation after dismissing Stokes and that he could not recall where he stopped.

“I honestly cannot recall where I stopped running,” wrote Joe Root.

Notably, both Joe Root and Ben Stokes are presently participating in IPL 2023, with Joe Root being a member of the Rajasthan Royals and Ben Stokes being a member of the Chennai Super Kings.

Root appeared in only one IPL 2023 encounter, while Stokes made two appearances.

Root made his IPL debut during Rajasthan Royals‘ 11th match of the current season against Sunrisers Hyderabad. In the only innings played thus far in the tournament, the England batsman has scored 10 runs and conceded 14 runs while bowling two overs.

In contrast, Stokes played in the first two matches for CSK, scoring 15 runs across two innings and conceding 18 runs while bowling one over. The all-rounder was unable to participate in the remaining games due to a toe injury, and despite recovering, he remains out of the team because all four overseas spots have been filled.
