Jemimah is an exceptional athlete with skills beyond cricket. She has represented the Maharashtra Under-17 and Under-19 hockey teams, demonstrating her prowess as a player. Jemimah has acknowledged that her experience playing hockey has improved her batting power. Her hockey playing days gave her a powerful bottom hand, which gives her strength while hitting shots on the on-side.

In addition to these achievements, Jemimah was honoured by the renowned cricketer MS Dhoni with the Jagmohan Dalmiya Award. She received this recognition after the BCCI in Jharkhand named her the Best Domestic Junior Women’s Cricketer in June 2018.
