The 62nd birthday of Navjot Singh Sidhu fell on Monday, October 20. On social media, Irfan Pathan wished the former India opener luck on the momentous occasion. Sidhu responded to the message by complimenting Pathan’s commentary abilities and character.
Over the years, Sidhu and Pathan have delighted cricket fans with their commentary abilities. In addition to having their doubters, they have been embroiled in disputes. They are dedicated to doing what they do best, which is not only providing fans with in-depth analysis of the game but also amusing them with clever comments, therefore nobody has been able to dampen their spirits.
Delhi Nahi Subah Jalandhar sham ko. Shamko mere Ghar pe apka sath me apka bday. @Sherryontopp Wishing you a very happy birthday, Paaji. “Have an amazing one,” Pathan posted on ‘X’ (formerly Twitter).
“Zaroor Irfan, you are the best commentator and the best person in the world. You are also the best insaan ho.” “Your well-wishes are my shield … truckloads of affection,” Sidhu answered.
“Apka pyaar hamesha bana rahe [May your love always be bestowed upon me]” Irfan Pathan put a stop to the conversation.

Between 1983 and 1999, Sidhu represented India in 51 Test matches and 156 ODIs. His final totals in the two forms were 3202 and 4413 runs, respectively. However, in 29 Test matches, 120 ODIs, and 24 T20Is, Pathan played for India, amassing 2821 runs and taking 301 wickets overall.
