IRE vs. PAK: The footage of Babar Azam hitting four massive sixes in one over against Benjamin White goes viral.

Pakistan effectively chased the mark in 17 overs, driven by outstanding performances from Babar Azam (75 off 42) and Mohammed Rizwan (56 off 38). Lorcan Tucker, the temporary captain of Ireland, played a heroic innings (73 off 41), but Pakistan’s triumph overshadowed it.

In the third Twenty20 International match, Pakistan defeated Ireland by a commanding six-wicket margin, winning the series 2-1 on Tuesday. The Men in Green chose to field first and held the hosts to a meagre 178 for seven. Shaheen Afridi produced an outstanding four over performance, taking three vital wickets while only giving up 14 runs. In addition to his wicket contribution, Imad Wasim was frugal as well, giving up just 23 runs in his allotted four overs.

Babar showed off his batting prowess at the Clontarf Cricket Club Ground in Dublin by hitting four sixes in one over. In the 14th over of the innings, Babar faced Ireland’s leg-spinner Benjamin White. Showing his power right away, he lofted the opening delivery over long-on to reach his half-century. Maintaining his aggressive posture, the captain of Pakistan hit the next ball for a second maximum, putting tremendous pressure on the bowler.

Despite White’s attempts to outpace him with pace, Babar Azam ability to take advantage of loose deliveries was demonstrated by his third delivery, which he lofted over deep mid-wicket with formidable force. Babar showed off his ability by hitting the fifth ball over cow corner for a massive six, despite missing the fourth ball. With a single towards deep square leg, the over ended with 25 runs scored.
