Tamim Iqbal, a legendary opener for Bangladesh, has made a suggestion on a possible comeback to international cricket. After taking a break from the game in 2023, the 35-year-old is now thinking about making a return.

His brief return was marred by a public feud with captain Shakib Al Hasan, which prevented him from playing in the 2023 ODI World Cup. “This will likely be the last competition that the three or four senior players participate in, regardless of whatever the differences are, and if they (the BCB) tell me that we want to win the Champions Trophy or at least make it to the semifinals, the BCB will rectify it. This is how you should talk to people,” he continued.
