“All valid ticket holders are eligible for a full refund as the game between RCB and KKR on May 17, 2025, was abandoned due to inclement weather,” the team announced on social media on Sunday, May 18.

Refunds for tickets purchased online or through digital means must be issued by May 31, 2025, at the latest. They must email the official ticket provider (refund@ticketgenie.in) to file a claim if they do not receive their refund.
How do holders of physical or offline tickets get their money back?
According to the same announcement, individuals who have a physical ticket must pick up their reimbursement from the same location. RCB went on to clarify that those who received free passes for the game would not be eligible for any kind of reimbursement.
