Rajat Patidar, the captain of RCB, has set an amazing record in the Indian Premier League (IPL) by defeating Sachin Tendulkar, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Tilak Varma. He became, behind Sai Sudharsan, the second-fastest Indian to reach 1,000 IPL runs during his innings.
Sai Sudharsan reached the milestone in just 25 innings, whereas Patidar did so in 30. This accomplishment was made by the batter in the Bengaluru match against the Punjab Kings (PBKS). In addition, Patidar is just the third batsman for RCB to reach 1,000 IPL runs, following Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal.
