With an average of 15.20, the speedster has claimed five wickets in the three games he has begun this year.
The news that Mohammed Shami would not be playing in the Indian Premier League in IPL 2024 caused much worry. In 2019, Warrier became the highest wicket-taker for Kerala in both the Ranji Trophy and the Vijay Hazare Trophy, where he began his cricket career. He eventually relocated to Tamil Nadu, where he has recently emerged as one of their most reliable players.
