Title rights for India's domestic internationals are obtained by IDFC.

The title rights for the domestic international series of the Board of Control for Cricket in Ind (BCCI) have been secured by IDFC, Ind first private sector bank.

In comparison to the previous value of Rs 3.6 crore, it has purchased the rights for Rs 4.2 crore each international game, an increase of almost 60 lakhs. The starting bid price was fixed at Rs 2.4 crore.

The private bank, officially known as Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC), will sign a three-year contract with the BCCI starting next month, beginning with three one-day internationals against Australia.

The agreement will cover a total of 56 international games and last until August 2026. The BCCI expects to make roughly INR 1000 crore, or Rs 987.84 crore, in total from this title sponsorship.

The sports network Sony Sports, which was making its maiden foray into the title sponsorship market, was outbid by IDFC. There were no other offers. According to information obtained by Cricbuzz, a bid submitted by a company’s representative was turned down for technological issues.
