Harmanpreet kaur will be penalized with a 75% match fee fine and four demerit points.

The third ODI between India and Bangladesh took place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Saturday, July 22, and Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur is expected to receive four demerit points and a punishment equal to 75% of her match fee.

It was a level two offense, a match official who confirmed the situation to CriKETMOOD on Sunday said.

After getting out leg-before, Harmanpreet kaur slammed the stumps with her bat and had angry words with umpire Tanvir Ahmed. Later on during the presentation ceremony, she slammed the game officials.

She would be penalized 50% of her match money for the on-field incident (smashing the wicket) and 25% of her match cost for how she conducted herself at the award ceremony, the official told CrIJKETMOOD.

At the presentation ceremony, she will be given three penalty points for the on-field incident and one demerit point for her accusation against the umpires. The tale did not finish with the post-match presentation, as it appears that Harmanpreet kaur said something that caused the captain of the home team, Nigar Sultana, to leave during the official photo session.

* Contrary to what was stated in the initial article, Harmanpreet kaur is believed to have received four total demerit points. The tale is still in progress. Awaiting more information.
