After the victory, the Bangladeshi presenter asked both captains to share their impressions on the game during the post-match presentation. However, after speaking with the Indian skipper, the presenter referred to her as “Jemimah Rodrigues,” to which the latter responded well.

The Indian captain said, “Harmanpreet Kaur, thank you!” before turning around and leaving the platform.
The presenter then corrected himself, saying, “Harmanpreet, I sincerely apologize.”

The captain had to retire hurt after taking a knock to her wrist in the 37th over while completing a single, according to her statement on the incident. Despite being hurt, she returned to the field in the 47th over, finished off her inning with 52 runs, and then walked back to the pavilion.
