Brilliant response on Hardik Pandya's part upon his return to test cricket with the words "Let Me Be Fully On..."

On Tuesday, all-rounder Hardik Pandya guided Team India to a victory over Sri Lanka by two runs in the opening Twenty20 International of a three-match series.

Hardik Pandya has been given the role of captain of the squad as a result of Rohit Sharma being given a break for the series. This means that Hardik Pandya is now responsible for leading the team.

The all-rounder has a history of producing outstanding outcomes as a captain, including leading Gujarat Titans to their first-ever IPL championship and leading Team India to win against Ireland in a Twenty20 International series.

On the eve of the inaugural Twenty20 International, Hardik Pandya was questioned about whether or not he planned to make a comeback to the longer format of cricket, which he had not competed in since 2018.

The response from Hardik Pandya caused laughter from everyone since he said, “When can you expect to see me in white? First, let me finish catching up on the blues, and then we can discuss the whites.”

Hardik Pandya made his first appearance in a Test match in July of 2017, and he went on to play 11 more matches and score 532 runs after that.

He has a century and four halves of a century to his name, with a total score of 108 being his highest. In addition to this, he has taken 17 wickets in Test cricket, including a five-wicket haul. This is his best performance in the format.

The captain of the Gujarat Titans, who has a jam-packed schedule for the entire year that is full of numerous international matches, claimed that the only thing that he believes in is hard effort.

“I am fluent in the language of arduous labour. In all my years, I don’t recall ever learning any other languages. I’ve been dropped into the deep end, and the only thing that’s brought me back is all of the hard work I’ve put in.

Continue to put in a lot of effort, and I’ll make sure to take care of my body, which I already do “said Hardik.

“Injuries are a natural aspect of sports, and I have no control over that fact. I have a high level of assurance in what I’ve accomplished and faith in the steps that led up to this point in my life.

In the future, all I want to do is provide my body with plenty of opportunities to get out there and play my best “, he continued.

At the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, the first Twenty20 International match vs Sri Lanka was played. The Twenty20 International series will be followed by a One-Day International series, which will begin on January 10 in Guwahati and consist of three matches.
