Early on in the highly anticipated India vs. Pakistan match at the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Dubai, Hardik Pandya was instrumental in establishing the mood. Not only did the \\ Indian all-rounder take out Pakistani batsman Babar Azam, but he also gave a sardonic “bye-bye” sign.
At first glance, the batsman appeared to be in excellent form, hitting five boundaries in his 23-run knockoff of 26 balls.
His innings was ended, though, when KL Rahul completed a catch behind the wickets after Hardik Pandya’s exquisite delivery clipped the outside edge.
Pandya waved “bye-bye” to Babar as Azam made his way back to the pavilion. Social media users eagerly shared the moment.
