Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh made a playful allusion to Pakistani spinner Saeed Ajmal while praising pacer Jasprit Bumrah for his outstanding performance against Australia. Bumrah has been dominating the Border-Gavaskar Trophy and is presently the series’ top wicket-taker after tormenting the Australians with his talent and expertise.
When usual captain Rohit Sharma was not available, Jasprit Bumrah took eight wickets in two innings and helped India win by 295 runs, earning him Player of the Match in the series opener in Perth.
In the third Test of the series, he took four wickets in the pink-ball Test in Adelaide and another fifer in the first innings in Brisbane.
