In light of Virat Kohli‘s recent form issues in Test cricket, Australian bowling great Glenn McGrath recommended that the squad focus on his emotional weaknesses in the lead-up to the Border-Gavaskar series. Concerningly, the 36-year-old has performed poorly in red-ball cricket this year.
It is noteworthy that Kohli has only scored one fifty to date, averaging 22.73. Recent setbacks for the former India captain were most noticeable during the New Zealand series, as he failed to reach double figures in four of six innings. McGrath cited a thorough examination of Kohli’s current problem.
