Sri Lanka lost the match by 83 runs after being bowled out for 94 runs in 15.2 overs. The most effective bowler for Bangladesh was Rishad Hossain, who took three wickets in 3.2 overs for 18 runs. Litton Das’s batting performance earned him the Player of the Match title. It was his first Player of the Match honour since 2023 and his fourth overall.
