Gautam Gambhir has been encouraged by former India fast S Sreesanth to support the veterans and let them play for as long as they want to, rather than meddling in the careers of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
Kohli and Rohit are no longer playing in T20Is or Test matches. In May, shortly before the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy, they announced their retirements from Test cricket. Some fans believed that Gambhir was responsible for Rohit and Kohli’s decision to quit from the longest format.
According to Sreesanth, who won the ODI World Cup in 2011 with Gambhir and the T20 World Cup in 2007, Rohit and Kohli are outperforming the majority of the players in the current Indian lineup.
“Coach ho aap kisi ko mat roko, specifically Ro-Ko ko mat roko, Gautam bhai. Virat and Rohit have a record that is behtareen, but they also joke that they aren’t doing anything. due to the fact that they are a thousand times superior to the majority of gamers at the moment. According to The Hindustan Times, Sreesanth said, “I just want to say all the very best to Ro-Ko and please don’t stop those brilliant legends Gauti (Gambhir).”
You are the coach, Gautam bhai. Nobody should be stopped, especially Ro-ko. Allow Rohit and Vira Kohli to play for as long as they like because of their exceptional records. due to the fact that they are a thousand times superior to the majority of gamers at the moment. I just wanted to wish Ro-Ko the best of luck and ask that you not stop those amazing legends, Gauti.
In the three-match ODI series against Australia in October, Rohit finished with the most runs. Later on, he was named Player of the Series. In the meantime, after making ducks in the first two ODIs, Kohli struck a half-century against Australia in the third. Kohli has hit consecutive hundreds in the current series against the Proteas. In contrast, Rohit scored fifty runs against South Africa in the opening ODI.
